We at CMME are thrilled to announce the winner of our highly anticipated mortgage competition, which garnered an overwhelming response from participants. The fortunate recipient, Joanne G from Newcastle, has been randomly selected from a pool of nearly 13,000 entries to receive a fully paid mortgage for the entirety of 2024.
Launched in July 2023 to commemorate the recent acquisition of CMME by online property marketplace OneDome, the competition was open to anyone with a mortgage.
Beyond the opportunity to win a mortgage-free year, participants were also encouraged to engage in discussions about their mortgage options with our expert brokers, specialising in mortgage solutions tailored to your individual circumstances.
About the Winner:
Joanne G has worked as an intensive care sister for the past three years, following ten years as a nurse. She expressed her joy upon learning of her victory:
“When I found out I won the competition, I was in complete shock. After hanging up the phone, I shed a few tears! It’s incredibly overwhelming. A big thank you to CMME and OneDome for the best start to 2024 I could have ever wished for.”
Joanne is a self-confessed Harry Potter nerd, whose first ever house purchase was an ‘Alohamora’ doormat (one of the spells cast in the films, for those not too familiar with the Wizarding World).
Her and her boyfriend are currently planning a last-minute trip to Prague to celebrate their 2nd anniversary. She’s also looking to put money towards a new car with the savings.
